Helpful tips for your little one using their crystal kit:
ask your little one to hold the crystals in their hands, close their eyes and take 3 deep breaths to start to slow down the nervous system.
encourage your little one to move the crystals around in their palms and feel the different textures of each crystal. 
invite your little one to sit the crystals in their lap, close their eyes and think of something they feel grateful for, and something they could let go of that may be on their mind from the business of the day. They could write their thoughts in their journal too.
